(G)race Equity for Leaders 102 is an advanced course for leaders who already understand the foundational concepts of equity and are ready to move from awareness to application.
This course focuses on how equity challenges actually play out in real organizational settings—under pressure, within power dynamics, and in moments of disagreement or harm. Leaders examine their patterns of response, learn how accountability is experienced by others, and build the capacity to intervene without creating defensiveness, fragmentation, or loss of trust.
Rather than offering scripts or compliance-driven solutions, (G)race Equity 102 strengthens leadership judgment, presence, and decision-making when stakes are high. Leaders leave better equipped to hold complexity, respond to harm with clarity, and lead equity-related conversations in ways that are constructive, grounded, and sustainable.
This course is best suited for leaders who have completed (G)race Equity 101 or have equivalent experience and are prepared for deeper reflection and responsibility.
