(G)race Equityā„¢ 101 For Leaders

(G)race Equity for Leaders 101 is an introductory leadership course designed to build shared understanding, language, and readiness for navigating equity-related dynamics at work.

This course helps leaders understand how equity concerns intersect with power, role, conflict, and organizational culture—and why good intentions alone are not enough. Participants are introduced to the (G)race Equity framework and the leadership capacities required to engage difference, harm, and accountability without defensiveness, avoidance, or escalation.

Rather than focusing on compliance or ideology, this course centers practical leadership responsibility: how leaders show up, how their impact is experienced, and how everyday decisions either strengthen or erode trust. Leaders will begin to recognize common patterns that derail equity efforts and learn what it means to respond with clarity, humility, and grace.

This is a Level 101 course. It establishes a baseline foundation and prepares leaders for deeper Conflict-Readyā„¢ leadership development, coaching, or organizational work.
