Welcome.

I’m glad you’re here.

Trust the Process tells the story of a group of people working inside a system they were committed to changing — while also confronting the ways they themselves were shaped by that system. Set within a law firm striving to become an anti-racist organization, this book explores what happens when leadership chooses to look honestly at culture, power, and perception rather than relying on intention alone.

This is not a story about getting it right.
It’s a story about staying engaged when the work is uncomfortable, imperfect, and deeply human.

What Comes Next

The story shared in this book reflects a broader truth I’ve seen across many organizations: equity work becomes possible when people are willing to look inward, not just outward.

If this book resonates, you may also find value in:

  • Conversations about conflict, repair, and leadership

  • Tools that support reflection rather than performance

  • Learning spaces that center belonging, inclusion, and equity as ongoing practice

You’re welcome to explore those connections at your own pace.

Thank you for engaging this work with care and openness.
